The best time to buy is the hottest day of the year in Florida. Normally snowbirds are North enjoying their 3 months of summer. That’s when you should be buying here. There will be less people to compete with, prices will be softer, and agents can give you more attention.
Make sure when you agree to their price that you know what you are getting into. If you pay a little more, but have a roof over or new roof, updated AC, new windows, or the home has been remodeled. Don’t delay or you’ll lose it.
