SunBelt Home Sales launched in 2008 — right as the housing market was falling apart. While others pulled back, co-founders David Siracusa and Kim Cecil leaned in, selling their first home within a week of opening on Highway 441 in Leesburg. That grit set the tone for what's now been 18 years of steady growth through every market cycle Central Florida has seen.
Early on, SunBelt became a voice for the manufactured housing community. David and cornerstone agent Ed Salvatore created The Mobile Home Show, a weekly one-hour radio program that ran for a full decade — long before podcasts and social media gave businesses a platform. That same mission continues today through MHLive, their podcast built to educate buyers, reshape outdated perceptions of manufactured homes, and give seniors the honest information they deserve.
